Teach Your Team to Work With AI — For Real

We teach your team to work with AI — practically, hands-on, in the context of their actual work. Not theory. Not generic workshops. Sessions built around the tools and workflows your people use every day.

Most AI training is either too generic or too technical. Neither produces a team that works differently afterwards.

A tour of ChatGPT features that has nothing to do with anyone's actual job. Or a deep-dive aimed at developers while the people who'd benefit most are left out. The result is always the same: everyone goes back to doing exactly what they were doing before.

How it works

Your Context. Your People. Your Tools.

We don't show up with a slide deck. We start by understanding what your team actually does, then build the training around that.

011–2 days

Audit

We sit with your team. Understand what they do, what tools they have, where time is wasted.

022–3 days

Design

Build a training programme around their actual jobs — specific prompts, specific workflows, specific tools.

031–2 weeks

Deliver

Hands-on workshops. Every participant leaves with prompt libraries and workflow guides for their role.

0430 days later

Follow-up

Check-in after 30 days. See what stuck, what needs adjusting, answer questions from real usage.

The modules

Four Areas. All Hands-On.

Each module is adapted to your team's tools, context, and skill level. Participants leave with real outputs — prompt libraries, workflow guides, and automation templates specific to their role.

How to use ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot to do real work faster — writing, summarising, researching, drafting communications. Not in the abstract, but in the specific context of what your team does.

Getting good results from an AI model is a skill, and it's not hard to learn. We teach people how to write prompts that produce useful output, how to iterate, and how to spot when the AI is wrong.

For teams that want to build their own simple automations. Using n8n or Make, we show how to connect apps, trigger actions, and automate repetitive tasks — with working examples built in-session.

When we complete a build, training is part of the handoff. Your team learns the system properly — not just where to click, but why it's built that way, how to get the most out of it, and how to handle edge cases.

The goal

Independence. Not Dependency.

We're not trying to become a permanent fixture. The measure of good training is that six months later, your team is doing things they weren't doing before — without needing to call us.

We Don't Push a Specific Tool

We teach whatever your team has access to — ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or all three. For teams that want to go further, we cover no-code automation and custom prompt engineering.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everyone. We run sessions for non-technical teams on using AI tools in daily work — writing, summarising, research, communication. And we run deeper sessions for developers and ops teams on building with AI. We adapt the content to who's in the room.
In-person or remote, depending on what works for your team. Typically we run workshops of 2 to 4 hours with hands-on exercises, not just presentations. We also do 1:1 sessions for specific roles where that makes more sense.
Yes — and this is often part of a larger project. When we hand off a new system, we train the team on it properly so adoption actually happens. That includes both how to use it and how to get the most out of any AI features built into it.
Practical skills they can use the next day. We also provide prompt libraries specific to their role and context, workflow guides for the specific automations relevant to their work, and a recording or documentation of the session to refer back to.
